SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We endeavour to dispatch your order on the same or next business day. For most destinations, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days from when you’ve placed your order. Some remote destinations may take a little longer.

  • Tirana, AL – Delivered with local express shipping company within 1-2 working days. No tracking code available.
  • Other regions in Albania – Delivered with local express shipping company within 1-2 working days. Tracking code available if requested.
  • Kosova – Delivered with local express shipping company within 1-2 working days. Tracking code available if requested.
  • North Macedonia – Delivered with local express shipping company within 5-7 working days. Tracking code available if requested.
  • International orders – Delivered with Posta Shqiptare within 7-20 days (depending on destination). Tracking code will be e-mailed to you after the order has been processed and shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

 

For purchases made other than via shopbeesandtrees.com,  please consult with the retailer where you purchased the product for their returns policy. We only accept returns / refunds of products purchased through shopbeesandtrees.com.

Bees & Trees will fully refund or replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty or lost.
Damaged products due to shipping or our fault will be replaced / redelivered or refunded with coupon code in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon confirmation of the lost or damaged product.
