Description: Hydrolyzed wheat bran is the hydrolysate of triticum vulgare (wheat) bran derived by acid, enzyme or other method of hydrolysis. It softens and smoothes the skin. Maintains water content of a cosmetic both in its packaging and on the skin and inhibits reactions favoured by oxygen, thus avoiding oxidation and rancidity. As an UV absorber it protects the cosmetic product from UV-light effects.
