Description: Glyceryl stearate citrate is a similar ingredient with its “sister” glyceryl stearate, and it’s also similar in uses and effects. It is a plant based ingredient, used to blend water and oil and is also used as an emollient (makes your skin feel smoother). 

The main difference between glyceryl stearate citrate and glyceryl stearate is that the first one has a citric acid molecule also attached to its glycerin.
