Double cleansing is one of the many online trends going around on social media, and perhaps one of the few that is worth making a part of our routine. But, what exactly is it and how can our skin benefit from it?<\/p>

It’s simple: oil and water don’t mix, so we need to use two different products to remove all impurities from the skin. Double cleansing is about cleansing your skin twice, using an oil-based cleanser first, followed by a water-based cleanser. The oil-based cleanser is used to easily remove all the make-up, the layers of sunscreen and excess sebum. The water-based cleanser at the end removes any residue.
Any skin can benefit from this technique because a skin that is not properly cleansed tends to have more problems, everything from products not working well to creating more acne. And if you have an oily skin type and you\u2019re afraid to put oil on your skin, let me tell you that you will get a lot of benefits from this technique. As the first step of double cleansing, we recommend our Organic Pre-cleansing Gel – Gel to milk, which is a pre-cleanser in the form of an oily gel and in contact with water it turns into milk, removing all impurities. It is suitable for any skin type.<\/p>

Apply around two pumps on dry skin, massage it until all impurities are dissolved and then rinse with plenty of water. When you add water, you can see how Pre-cleansing Gel turns into milk. If you are wearing heavier make up or water resistant make up, you can massage it a little more in the form of milk. Then, rinse with plenty of water and continue with the second cleansing with the foam.<\/p>


Organic BHA Cleansing Foam- is a foam cleanser that can be used as the second step of double cleansing, especially for oily and problematic skin. Contains 2% salicylic acid and 1% niacinamide to minimize comedones and soothe inflammation. Apply 2-3 pumps to wet skin, massage gently avoiding the eye area and rinse with plenty of water.
